The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels. The wine is oak aged for 17 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Bright red with violet tones.
Aroma: Black fruits such as blackberry. A hint of spices such as black pepper, sandalwood, clove and toasted notes from the Oak.
Taste: Strong, expressive with a lot of fruit and toasted notes. Silky, balanced and elegant. Long lasting with good acidity.
